Now that you have successfully connected your Gorgias account to Subrise you will have access to customer information widgets and direct links to customer pages in Gorgias.

### What the widget shows

Once connected, every ticket in Gorgias displays a **Subrise Subscriptions** panel in the right-hand sidebar, matched to the ticket's customer by email:

* **Customer summary** — total orders across all subscriptions
* **One block per subscription** — status, products and quantities, price, billing frequency, next billing date, and completed order count
* **Quick links** on each subscription — *Open in Subrise* (jumps to the contract in your Subrise admin) and *Customer Portal* (the customer's self-service page)

Data is pulled live from Subrise whenever the ticket loads or updates — there is no sync delay or cache to manage.

### Managing subscriptions from a ticket

Agents can act on any subscription without leaving Gorgias:

| Action                         | What it does                                                                               |
| ------------------------------ | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |
| **Skip** | Moves the next order forward one billing cycle |
| **Pause** | Pauses billing until resumed |
| **Cancel** | Cancels the subscription — a **cancellation reason is required** and saved to your records |
| **Resume** (under ⋯)           | Resumes a paused subscription                                                              |
| **Send Portal Link** (under ⋯) | Emails the customer a secure link to manage their own subscription |

Every action:

* is **logged to the ticket conversation** automatically, so the thread shows what was done and when;
* appears in the subscription's **Activity Log in Subrise**, attributed to the Gorgias agent who performed it;
* is **safe against mistakes** — clicking an action that no longer applies (for example cancelling an already-cancelled subscription) results in a harmless "already done" message, never a duplicate change.

### Keeping the widget current

The widget refreshes automatically whenever there is activity on the ticket. To force a refresh at any moment — for example after changing the subscription in Subrise admin — **add an internal note to the ticket**; the widget re-pulls live data immediately.

When Subrise ships an improved version of the widget, an **"Update available"** badge appears on the Gorgias card in *Subrise → Settings → Integrations*. Click **Update Widget** and the new version is installed into your helpdesk in place — no reconnection needed.

### Troubleshooting

* **The widget doesn't appear on a ticket** — the ticket's customer email must match a customer with subscriptions in your store. Add an internal note to force a refresh, or reload the page.
* **An action button says "Already …"** — the subscription changed since the widget last loaded (possibly another agent, or the customer via their portal). Add an internal note to refresh and see the current state.
* **The integration shows disconnected** — reconnect from *Subrise → Settings → Integrations → Gorgias*. Your widget and history are preserved.
