Webhooks act as communication bridges between Subrise Subscriptions and other applications you use. When specific events occur (e.g., a new subscription or a paused subscription), Subrise can send real-time notifications to other applications. You can configure these notifications to trigger automated actions in those applications, streamlining workflows and saving you time. For example, a webhook can update customer status in your CRM upon a subscription cancellation.
